Collection: GRANGE Nathalie (Great Exhibition 2026)

Trained at the Bordeaux School of Fine Arts, Nathalie Grange develops a body of work where reality is transformed by the effects of texture, light, and color.

Through a process of layering, scraping, and collage, she builds compositions in which the real gradually dissolves to make way for atmospheric painting, driven by movement and emotion.

Inspired by maritime horizons, bustling cities, and wide-open spaces, the artist creates a dialogue between figuration and abstraction in a personal pictorial style. Open windows onto infinity, birds in mid-flight, ports, or suggested landscapes become metaphors for escape and freedom.

Chromatic contrasts, rich textures, and the depth of the medium give her works a singular presence, where each canvas invites the viewer to extend the journey beyond the image
