Born in eastern France, Patrick Patrascu has been developing a unique body of work for over forty years, where painting becomes a poetic language.

Self-taught, he builds a universe populated by enigmatic figures, symbols, and inner narratives that question the visible and invisible dimensions of the world.

Nourished by the power of pure tones, arabesques, and the simplification of forms, his painting combines compositional rigor with emotional intensity. Between chaos and harmony, dream and memory, his canvases invite slow contemplation, allowing a silent depth to emerge.
