Collection: ALBERGE Isabelle

Isabelle Alberge is a pastel artist whose artistic universe is deeply rooted in nature. Inspired by her own photographs, she composes landscapes where humans fade away to give way to the raw and silent beauty of the natural world. Her work is distinguished by a sensory approach: the pigments are applied directly with the fingertips, in an instinctive gesture that reveals all the softness and light of dry pastel.

The delicately layered material reveals iridescent color vibrations and unique transparency effects. While her work is primarily rooted in poetic realism, Isabelle also explores more abstract avenues, seeking to move away from simple photographic reproduction to achieve pure emotion.

Ethereal mountains, simmering oceans, mysterious marshes: her compositions weave a sensitive dialogue between strength and serenity. Trained at Roland Brémand's studio in Nantes, she discovered a true artistic revelation in pastel. Since 2012, the artist has pursued this creative adventure with rare authenticity, inviting the viewer to share her complicity with nature.
