JULKOWSKI-EGARD Sylvie

The artist's versatile creativity explores the very essence of the human experience. Through a range of subjects, the artist focused on the representation of the human. Her series “LITTLE NANAS” features her daughter in everyday situations, capturing fleeting moments. In "URBAN LANDSCAPES", she paints street scenes and solitary women at cafes, reflecting urban solitude. Striking “PORTRAITS” focus on individual expressions, complemented by bold sartorial creations.

Employing various tools from brushes to knives, the artist translates his emotions onto the canvas, using both thick and thinly diluted paints. Each work skillfully blends intentional elements and touches of spontaneity, creating a captivating visual harmony.

Trained at the Douai Art School under the supervision of DERIC from 2006 to 2009, Sylvie Jukowski-Egard has recently exhibited her remarkable work through a series of major artistic events.
