Collection: LE BERRE Pascal
This artist transforms stone, wood, and metal into unique sculptural works where human gestures interact with time and matter. He combines fine, luminous Caen stone with reclaimed materials bearing historical and natural traces.
His creations explore contrasts—smooth and rough, curved and straight, mineral and vegetal—and seek the essence of matter in its purest form. Rounds and squares, never perfect, are broken by wrinkles, scars, and holes, evoking the timeless gesture of the artist and that of prehistoric creators. Each piece is an "irrational object with a symbolic function" that invites personal interpretation and contemplation.
Minimalism, poetry and surrealism combine to transform the ordinary into a sensitive and emotional experience.
Each sculpture becomes a dialogue between past and present, between the gravity of matter and the lightness of inspiration, a bridge to the imagination.
