Collection: PINSON Marie-Claire

For this exhibition, the artist presents two paintings that extend her exploration between reality and imagination. Inspired by maritime landscapes, the works convey the power of the elements, the changing light, and the depth of oceanic horizons.

Through her "figurative transposition," she does not merely represent the sea: she offers a sensitive, almost internal interpretation, where memories and emotions blend with the perception of the landscape. The scenes then become spaces for projection, between observation and reverie. The interplay of texture, transparency, and superposition, created with acrylic and oil, reinforces this impression of movement and atmosphere. Each canvas invites the gaze to linger, to lose itself in the nuances, between calm and power. These marine works bear witness to a poetic approach to the coastline, where the sea becomes a territory of both intimate and universal expression.
